Welcome!
A warm welcome awaits you at Rayleigh Vineyard. Come for 10.30 (10.45 start) for a coffee, cake and a chat before the service. Whether it's your first time in a church, you've been around other churches for a while, or you're one of our regulars, you're more than welcome to join us for Sundays @ Rayleigh Vineyard.
If you have children, our Planet Kids program caters for children from 0-13, and our Planet Kids team will make them feel at home. If you have any questions relating to this, please see one of the welcome team, who will direct you to the appropriate Planet Kids leader.
Sundays @ Rayleigh Vineyard start with worship (usually lasting around half an hour) - led by one of our worship bands, comprising of a combination of guitars, bass, keyboards and drums, with one or two singers. We sing contemporary songs and encourage an atmosphere of freedom in our times of worship. To get an idea of the songs that we sing on Sundays, have a look at the following sites:

Following the worship, someone (usually Dave or Laura Smith (our Senior Pastors)) will give a talk based on the Word of the Bible. These will usually either be part of a series on a particular theme (e.g. Faith, Healing, Love etc.) or more standalone topics that can be covered in one talk (e.g. a focus on a specific verse of the Bible).
Our time together on Sundays ends with an opportunity to pray for one another. Much of Jesus' time on earth was spent restoring lives, healing the sick and ministering to those in need. This forms the basis for what we do in these times - praying for the sick, and praying for restoration and empowerment in the lives of those who receive prayer.
